Jbox is on vacation. He'll be in parts unknown for like two weeks I think. He's a mysterious guy, but that's why we like him so much. In the meantime, I'd like to get more use out of the Diaries feature, so I'm thinking that if I see any good diaries while jbox is on vacation (new ones starting now) I'll post them up on the main area. I'm not sure if the potential of having a game report or a funny story in the main area is enough to get more diaries, but it's worth a shot. Also, it gives me something else to read on the site besides my own posts until jbox gets back. If you've never used the Diaries before, just click the Post New Diary link on the right hand side there and write what you feel. Don't be intimidated by Intro Copy vs Extended Copy. Just put everything in Intro Copy and you'll be OK. You can also add a poll which is great fun. If your poll/diary is about the Pad Squad or Bruce Bochy or about who on the team has really nice hair, then all the better. If you don't like that fluffy stuff and would rather have hard hitting baseball analysis, then that's great too. You may not realize it, but I'm perfectly capable of discussing the "serious" side of baseball as well.
If we work together, the rest of June will fly right by!

Update [2005-6-20 14:8:22 by Dex]: Also, it's a little bit of a shame that we faced the Twins over the weekend, because I was looking forward to reading BatGirl and something sassy about the Padres. Instead, I check the site yesterday and I get this. I'm not being a smart ass or anything, but can anybody explain the picture puzzle to me? Is it "sit down suckers"? Or "chair down suck"? Honestly, I don't know.
