At the end of yesterday's game, when all appeared lost, the Gaslamp Ball Open Threaders focused. (Or at least Pants and I did, along with jbox though jbox's focus seemed much more urgent and demanding). Our efforts brought good things, but not quite good enough. Pants reminds us that what we need to do is focus early. If you have any positive thoughts throughout the day, send them over to the Padres right now.
Preparation is key, people. St. Louis won't know what hit them. (Actually, I guess they'd know what hit them, but it'll be very surprising.)
