Hope no one enjoyed going behind the left field fence during games. One of the changes this year at Petco is not for the better. The Pads are closing the interesting little area in front of the Western Metal building behind the fence where you could stand at field level and watch the game unfold. The team is turning that area and the little nook near it in the Padres store into a new suite for games. They've installed TV's, tables, chairs and all manner of stuff and roped the area off now.

The item will be sold in Food Network branded concession areas at the Great American Ballpark (Cincinnati), Progressive Field (Cleveland), Comerica Park (Detroit), Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Busch Stadium (St. Louis), Miller Park (Milwaukee), Petco Park (San Diego) and Oriole Park at Camden Yards (Baltimore).
