Tony Clark, clinical giant, close to a deal with the Padres
Two clinical giants on one team? I've got a bad feeling about this. Tony Clark stands 4 cubits and a span, while Chris Young is 4 and half cubits. Nothing good can come of this. They better be careful of little dudes with slings. Clark's deal will be close to 900K for the year.
The Padres aren't the only team in the NL West upgrading their bench. Mark Sweeney will be a Dodger soon. Let me guess Sweeney is going to do his tired American Idol shtick during Spring Training again. Ugh.
