I approve of the new Portland Beaver uniforms. Nice and clean. Classic look. Maybe a little baseball générique, but it works. The script lettering mimics the Padres lettering, but they've avoided using it in a logo, which keeps the thing from looking like a shampoo bottle. I also like the depiction of Lucky the Beaver. Timeless faux Disney look to the artwork. Familiar with all the right trimming without looking costumey. Very easy to fall into a high school production of Damn Yankees, but thankfully we're spared that! Fierce like a lion, but gentle like a lamb. That's the best way to describe a beaver and this uniform does just that.
