If you are searching for Fukudome videos on youtube.com DO NOT click on Yuko Fukudome (NSFW) videos. They have nothing to do with Kosuke Fukudome, they have more to do with an Asian Sensation frolicking in a school girl outfit and a bikini while trying to hypnotize you. It's very distracting and you forget that you were looking for sexy videos of Kosuke Fukudome hitting home runs in the World Series of Baseball. It happened to me, don't let it happen to you!

Also be sure to take note of all the Cubs fans that comment on the videos. They seem to think about he will be very comfortable in a Cubs uniform next season.

I saw that homerun live

but lets not forget Fukudome was benched because of poor play in the world baseball classic batting .182 with a .240 obp. I'm the biggest supporter of Kosuke coming to SD but let's not get our expectations too high. Let him acclimate himself to MLB pitching and watch this possible investment pay off a la Kouz last year.

Watched some of the videos...

Seems like he could hit 40-50 doubles like the page says, but one of the videos showed him getting thrown out at first, he was being played very shallow. I dunno if this would translate to the MLB. He looks like the definition a dead pull hitter...I could see the porch door being open for him a lot!

...and we're STILL waiting for MATT HOLLIDAY to touch the plate.

He's not a dead pull hitter. He's a spray hitter. You're basing your opinion on a few videos. Think of him as a cross between Ichiro and Matsui. More pop than Ichiro, but not quite as an amazing hitter. Not as much pop as Matsui, but better with contact.
