Pads: Making the Grade?

I was trying to grade all the regular players so far this season.  A = excellent, B = good, C = Average, D = Needs improvement, F = Failing.

I graded them based on if they are achieving in the role that they are expected to fill.

I welcome any changes or suggestions.  It was actually kinda hard handing out these grades.  I'm just trying to get a better idea of how these dudes are doing individually.

I tried to be fair, but sometimes I'm not

I know you asked me about this before
...And I didn't help much then, but here's some questions. Shouldn't Redding be getting an F at this point? I don't think he should even get a chance to try to improve. At least not as a starter for this team. And I know we argue about this all the time, but how is Bruce Bochy better than the average manager? What evidence is there that he's anything but below average? I also think you're hard on Moores. He did pull a little bit of a coup with the hiring of Sandy Alderson. I'd much rather have Moores than an owner who refuses to spend any money at all.

I'm open to suggestions...
Throw out some grades for these guys.  Redding = F.  I was just thinking that he does okay at points in games.  Usually the first couple innings then he flounders.
