Word association poll: Pad Squad =

Here is a fun little poll to see what everything thinks when they think of Pad Squad.  It's gotta be the first answer that makes sense to you and no pondering over it.

It's like word association except you are given the answers so creativity maybe stifled a bit.

Also, due to the amount of answers, it may lead to unrevealing results and not enough to make statistically significant assumptions about Gaslamp readers true deep down feelings about our dear PadSquadders.  That's why Dex needs to increase the sample size of our reader base to get these surves to become statistically relevant.  (Hopefully this is above the 300 minimum character limit so I can post this silly little diary.)

Tall Flags?
I'm not even sure what that means. Like the chicks in parades?

Tall Flags
Tall flag girls accompany marching bands in both parades and field exhibitions. They provide a little color and visual entertainment, because musis is nice to listen to, but do you really want to watch the guy who plays tuba?

What if the tubist was a hot chick?
Then I might want to look at the tubist.

Also...
Not to offend any tall flags girls out there, I admire your work...it is often looked at in those crazy social high school circles, as those that did not make the cheerleading team.

My sister n law did not enjoy that comment when I said that, nor did my wife, so I say this with the upmost secrecy and anonymity.

You obviously were cool in high school
Because if you were a dork like me, then you would know that the tubist is never, ever hot and rarely a girl.

Don't you try to out dork me, holmes!
You have no idea how big a dork I was, am, and have the potential to be.

I know that the lead tubist in my high school band (and in high school bands all around the world) was and probably is an overweight guy with long hair who wore a headband and glasses. And the glasses would fog up because he would sweat so much.

Homie, I know this.

Exit polls show...
That the PadSquad is regarded as true Padres Fans, manisfested in their support for the team and their role as PadSquadders.

We'll see how it pans out.

I'm guessing that the latter option was checked off by some of our contributing editors...???, just a hunch, and only based on a review of previous Pad Squad postings.
