Wally Joyner took roids? What?
Apparently, everybody's favorite original baby faced bald first baseman has admitted to taking steroids. Joyner got them from Caminiti. The report will show up in ESPN the Magazine. Who would've thunk Wally of all people on the juice? What in the Wally World is going on here!?
Caminiti, who admitted to using steroids himself in 2002, did honor the request and Joyner ingested pills for some time before throwing them away after regretting what he did.
Also, I've got my eye on Mark Sweeney. I don't trust any bald headed baby faced first basemen any more!
Thanks to secret source, aka Emcee Emmerson, for pointing this out to us.

And the roids he took then must have been more for injury recovery than strength 'cuz...well,look at him.

Anybody remember this vision center?
"The way I see it, this program has everything to do with me and baseball. It will make me a better player, " said Caminiti.
This always seemed sketchy to me. I saw it on the news and they would react to flashing red lights.

I did vision therapy
It's much more than just flashing lights though. The theory behind it, and I did it awhile ago now, is that your eyes are a muscle just like any other and you need to exercise them to keep them in shape and/or improve them.

Nope, no supplements
The doctor I worked with (this was in Arizona) also worked with a handful of baseball teams during Spring Training (Matt Williams - then of the Giants, was one of their high profile people), Arizona State's baseball team, and some Olympians who trained in Phoenix.

Joyner
I lost a lot of respect for Wally this morning. Hopefully the whole story will be told in the article.

ESPN
Leinter brought up Joyner on the radio show but just sighed. He didn't wish death upon him like he did for Bonds.
