Angels' Anderson has tendinitis in knee

Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - Angels left fielder Garret Anderson underwent an MRI on Tuesday that revealed tendinitis in his left knee. Anderson injured the knee when he made an outfield assist in the first inning of Sunday's 5-3 win over the Minnesota Twins. He is listed as day-to-day. In 118 games this season, he is batting .284 with 13 home runs and 71 RBI.
