Everyone knows that girls can't do sound effects, so for this edition of "Word on the Street" I pound the pavement is search of an exception to the rule. Turns out they were only half right...or maybe they were half wrong?
Why I hate many of these sports reporters. Go to ~40 seconds in.
Apparently it would "make sense" to get a 3rd "stabilizer" behind Volquez and Richard in exchange for Headley... In my opinion, that is a really bad frame of thinking and would be a very bad trade for us unless we landed a Felix Hernandez or Zimmerman/Strasburg-type pitcher, and no one in their right mind should be willing to make that trade.
