I'm unfortunately really late on getting this Friar Friday Merch post out. Apologies. I have a decent excuse...I was at spring training this weekend (more about that in another fanpost soon).

Well, of course whenever I go to spring training I check out the team store. I usually leave disappointed. Usually my disappointment is the lack of merch that I like along with the insane prices. Well, this year there was quite a number of t-shirts that I liked. No 3XL though. Yeah, I'm fat, but I deserve padres merch just like everyone else damn it. Anyways, I left without buying anything. I did pick up this souvenir cup though.

Pretty straight forward cup. Has both the hated Mariners logo and the padres logo. It's simple which means I like it. Too much Spring Training merch is full of gaudy things like purple cacti wearing sombreros. Also, I like the pinstripes: very slimming.
