There are buttload of players scheduled to arrive in Peoria this week to be part of Padres Spring Training. Sixty-seven to be exact. Padres beat writer Corey Brock tells us that the long time equipment manager, Brian Prilaman, doesn't remember a time when the roster was this large.
If you're an average fan and have been following the team off and on over the last couple of years, you might be able to get some of the popular players like Heath Bell or Adrian Gon -- oops! No hints!
But if you think of yourself as a die hard fan then it's time to prove it. I created a Sporcle Quiz after the success of last year's.
I typed in all the answers myself. That means two things: There may be a typos and I can't take the quiz myself at least not until after lunch. All those names should be flushed out of my system by then.
So set aside 7 minutes and take the quiz.
QUIZ: How many of the 67 Padres invited to Spring Training can you name in 7 minutes?
Done? How'd you do? Put your results into the poll below.
