MLB.com did a featurette on the Pad Squad yesterday. It was just supposed to show a day in the life of the squad, but it caught something the Pad Squad had never done before in their long and storied history, danced...Gangnam Style It's the K-pop internet sensation that has 132 million hits on YouTube. The Friar was dressed as PSY the rapper, which was probably my favorite part. The MLB camera crew just glossed over that though, only showing a snippet of the actual dance. Instead their camera fell in love with Pad Squadders Loxie and PJ. Not that we can blame them, but hopefully more video of the actual dance will surface soon.
