I'm going to take a wild guess that I got this in the year 2000

I believe this was advertised as a beach bag. Though it reminds me of the bags that eco-nuts use for groceries. And the bag happens to be sponsored by Ralphs. Did they even have those reusable grocery bags back in 2000? I think the first time I saw one was at Trader Joes in like 2002.

I've never used this bag. I've attempted to a few times and then I'm immediately reminded of it's terrible design flaw. It's sewn together as just two pieces. There is no bottom piece. Thus, like in the picture above, you get weird unused space triangle wing things on the side. Also, I just don't use bags often. Any situation that calls for a bag is usually better served with a backpack.
