Streakers are the best because you root for them to elude the security, but then you also root for them to get absolutely smoked by security. It's a win-win.
So this is what it was supposed to be like, right? We were supposed to have Carlos Quentin all manly and sh_t demonstrating how home runs are to be hit at Petco Park while the young hot prospects like Logan Forsythe learn their lessons quickly and follow suit.
We were supposed to have Huston Street holding things down in the later innings, stealing a win on a comeback. We were supposed to have starting pitching that keeps us in games.
It's a good thing June is Look Towards the Future.
I, for one, hope that the Padres continue with the plan and let us see a little bit more of Carlos Quentin past this season. I also want to see a lot more of Logan Forsythe. That in itself would be epic.
