I told you that this season was Empire Strikes Back.

While Andrew Cashner was doing his best in the setup role, trying to take down Death Stars and sh_t, his true purpose wasn't to be piloting X-Wings alongside Wedge Antilles and the secondary characters.

His true purpose is to become a Jedi!

So he's been sent down to Dagobah (or double-A for short) to learn from the masters and when he comes back (probably before he's ready), he will be moving sh_t down with force pushes and saying really cryptic things, killing Jabbas and freeing sexy slave princess sisters.

And then... Ewok.

In the meantime, if you were paying attention over the weekend, the final piece of the Mat Latos trade, Brad Boxberger made his first appearance in a big league uniform and got himself his first inning of work, his first strikeout and his first walk.

The world waits in anticipation to see how Andrew Cashner's training goes. Oh man... Ewok
