How the Padres Spent Their Off Day: May 3rd

Off days are the worst. Especially after a game like last night's, which ranked first on the Padres 2012 Game Rankings. So I was trying to decide how I was going to distract myself from a Padres-baseball-less day/night, and I figured I would see what some of our Padres did to take advantage of their off day.

A lot of Padres spent their day in Camp Pendleton.

Anthony Bass, Yonder Alonso, Andy Parrino, and Kyle Blanks spent their off day suiting up with the marines.

Orlando Hudson, Dave Winfield, and Tom Garfinkel went to Mary Fay School to present the "Breaking Barriers" Award.

And Nick Hundley was at the MCX Grand Opening hanging out with more marines.

Josh Spence and Blake Tekkote simply enjoyed being able to hang out in America's Finest City. Brad Brach did not appreciate their bragging.

Joe Wieland visited the second happiest place on Earth.

That's all I could get from my Twitter/Facebook stalking. How are you guys spending your off day/night?

Are you putting all your cheering energy into your Pick 6 team? If so, go hang out in the Pick 6 Thread.

Are you following the games of our minor league affiliates?

Whatever you're doing, I hope you're keeping yourself busy and having a wonderful time.

Umm... GO FRIARS!! KEEP THE FAITH!!
