Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun right before he swings and slaps Ed Sedar's hand into the upper deck.
Reigning MVP Ryan Braun and his super manly testosterone levels destroyed Petco Park and humiliated Padres pitching. He hit three consecutive home runs and then a triple. His most mammoth shot was to the third deck of the Western Metal Supply Building. Padres pitching, with the help of Nick Hundley's pitch selection, put the ball on a tee. He finished 4-5 with 6 RBI and 15 total bases.
The Padres didn't seem to make any effort to keep Braun off base. The pitches were right over the plate and never once did they try pitching inside. In the last two at bats the Padres seemed resigned that they had already lost the game so there was no point trying to retire or walk him. I mean walking him would be chicken sh_t, right?
The only thing that made this game worthwhile were the hilarious jokes about moving Petco Park's fences out. Oh! That's rich!
