Cory Luebke did something very un-Luebkelike and gifted in a run in the first. Walking in a run with the bases loaded. Luebke gave up four walks in the first inning, but settled down and ended up striking out 5 and keeping the D-Backs in check for 5 1/3 innings.

Things I learned in this game.

• When drowsy and fighting a cold, Petco Park style games are very restful.
• Huston Street was worth his contract I guess.
• If you hit a ball directly at Cory Luebke, he will snatch it out of the air and potentially take a bite out of it like a delicious apple.
• Orlando Hudson really makes questionable decisions running the bases, but still periodically impresses with his ability to reference his career as a Major League baseball player.
• Huston Street's entrance music is Stranglehold by Ted Nugent

All in all though, can't complain.
