ST Game thread: 03/20 Padres vs. Rockies

The Padres had their one and only spring training off day yesterday. Clayton Richard spent it pitching a minor league game in Tucson (4IP, 3H, 0R, 3BB, 5K). The boys get back into action against the Rockies tonight at 7:05pm.

Dustin Moseley will take the mound as the starter. Corey Brock says he saw Moseley enjoying a nice breakfast with his family yesterday. Way to go, Dustin. Get your Breakfasttown on.

Dustin Moseley pitched a minor league game today instead (4.1 IP, 4 H, 4R, 0BB, 5K). None of the four runs given up were earned. Ernesto Frieri also pitched today (2IP, 2H, 0R, 0BB, 4K), for the San Antonio Missions.

Joe Wieland will start (for the second time this Spring) tonight in Peoria and pitch four or five innings. He pitched well in his start against the Diamondbacks six days ago, giving up only two hits and striking out four batters in four innings of work.

Out of the bullpen will be Joe Thatcher, Andrew Cashner, Brad Brach, Luke Gregerson, and Miles Mikolas.

GO FRIARS!! KEEP THE FAITH!!
