Hi all,

I'm new to this, but I just read something on ESPN saying that Giancarlo Stanton wants out of Miami (who doesn't?) and it made me think, why not us? Do you think it is possible for the Pads to put together a package of prospects (maybe Will Venable/Rymer Liriano/one of our catching prospects/one pitcher) for Stanton could work? I like Venable and Liriano's upside, but a guy like Stanton could be a huge plus for us. I mean, he crushes the ball at Miami, so he wouldn't be intimidated and he's a young, southern Cal guy. We can try to sign him to an extension. I would love to see the Pads try something like this (and sign Chase soon). What do you all think? Is it even possible? Thanks.
