Logan Forsythe to have knee surgery, likely out for season
The Padres are saying that Logan Forsythe will undergo surgery on his knee today, effectively ending his participation in what will prove to be the most amazing season ending comeback in all of baseball history as the Padres prepare to win out the rest of the season.
I'm as big an O-Dawg fan as your are, and despite and/or because of that, I'm rooting for Forsythe to play much more second base next season. He's the right height and weight. His offense may leave something to be desired so far, but at least he's the right height and weight. And talk about a great baseball name. That's what I'm talking about.

Logan is not only the correct height and weight.
He has the appropriately amazing chiseled jaw line.
Padres Fan.
Get well soon, Aristocrat!
25 years as a baseball fan and I'm still confused by the infield fly rule

Great stats to words ratio here
Why ask a failed romance to come watch your successful one? You know, that's like inviting the Seattle Mariners to a World Series game. It's just weird for everyone.
Does this mean no negotiations yet?
Hurray!
