A phantom menace of the Padres this spring has been the inconsistency of pitching, throughout starters and relievers alike.  It's like an attack of the clones of Brian Lawrence:  Have one good game, have one terrible game.  Yesterday was the revenge of the shitty pitching, as Clay Dick got gang-banged by the Angels (both figuratively and literally, from what I've heard).  However, there is a new hope:  they're playing baseball again today!  And unless an evil empire strikes back by stealing our great players, we're hoping to win with the return of the Jedi's Knights!

Also, William just crushed a leadoff BOMB!
