Is a minor league job better than a Japan League job?

Financially, probably not. But he has a chance to get back to the majors. Freddy Sanchez and Mark DeRosa are both coming off surgery, so we might see Edgar playing second against the Padres, with fire in his eyes because we traded his brother.

because we traded his brother

I think he’d be stoked we gave his brother what he wanted.
If he has anything to be pissy about, I imagine it would be that we cut him.

Edgard didn't like it in Japan

He and his wife never adjusted to life over there.

He had decided to live forever or die in the attempt

The Red Sox shoulda embraced the power of the Bro-BI

I think that Douche Nation will severely miss the 2 or 3 Bro-BI’s for 2011 that were left on the table when they decided to pass on Edgar

Against the Padres, he'll probably hold onto the ball.

Remember T. Gwynn, Jr.? Biggest hit he ever had came against the Padres. Why stuff like that happens, I dunno, but it happens.

Does our Giants hatred

extend to Japan? Because he was on their version of the Giants already. He won’t have to remember a new team name, I guess.
