How @YonderalonsoU Found Out He Got Traded
I mean, the title itself tells you how he found out. Why would I use his twitter name instead of his actual one otherwise? But since you clicked on said title, you're obviously here for details. Yes, my friends, I won't disappoint you; I am the man with those details. So, with just a bit more fanfare to push the word count into the seventies, I give you a screencap of what I've been blathering on about this whole time:
You heard it here first, folks. He fighting his agent.

I would pay to watch him fight his agent.
"Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!"

Wow, this is kind of ridiculous that no one tells these players anything.
Maybe they should have included something about this in the recent labor talks? Isn’t this the umpteenth time some player’s found out about his trade via Twitter? That’s really unprofessional of these clubs.

yeah
i don’t know how it is in the MLB but in most other leagues teams can’t contact other teams’ players until a trade is official. with twitter everyone pretty much knows about it before the team is allowed to get in touch with the players. at least that’s how it is for opposing teams. i’m sure the team trading away the player doesn’t talk to them in case the trade falls through and they end up with a seriously awkward situation a la lamar odom.

I don't understand the end
He would rather have Alonso than Votto? Pretty sure when all is said and done Votto is going to have a better career than Alonso.
