Ryan Braun Tested Positive For A Banned Substance
I've gotta say, he his one of the last players I would have expected. Manny? Yes. A-rod? Makes sense. But Ryan Braun? Maybe it's because I didn't get to watch much baseball this season. Oh well, I'm sure it'll be interesting to see how this all unfolds.

those actually don't effect testosterone
from what i hear its basically nitric oxide. N.O. is something a lot of athletes take because helps deliver blood to the muscles (it also dilates the veins and muscles during activity). the libido effects of viagra are actually largely psychosomatic. i’m pretty sure nitric oxide is not a banned substance, though usually when you buy it at GNC it comes in a formula that is packed with stimulants that may be banned by MLB.
the lab is saying that braun’s testosterone levels were among the highest they’ve ever seen, like a ridiculous level. they also claim false positives are almost impossible with the test they used,… i don’t get it though since he passed the b-sample test immediately after. it seems like the whole thing is more complicated than we thought.
i honestly hope he’s cleared of any wrongdoing.

The A sample was taken during the playoffs. Where was it analyzed?
The test may be unimpeachable, but the people doing the lab work aren’t.
Might there have been a lab worker who was a D’backs or Cards fan?
Did they know two different labs do the test? The fact that the B sample was
clean while the A sample was “up there” is highly suspicious.
There’s ample room for MLB to take a good look at their procedures, and
for Braun’s challenge to succeed.

I didn't know you were a banned substance, Jordan.
I also didn’t know you liked the Jewish boys ;)

I once tested positive for pure awesomeness
but that was a long time ago.
I wish they would reveal to us what happened or what he tested positive for.
