Padres add Frandsen, Quiroz with Minor league Deals

Padres general manager Jed Hoyer said Tuesday the team was looking for options for the bench. On Wednesday, the Padres might have found two in infielder Kevin Frandsen and catcher Guillermo Quiroz. The Padres have signed Frandsen and Quiroz to Minor League contracts with invitations to Spring Training.
