"Documents in San Diego Superior Court show that Padres chairman John Moores and wife Becky have submitted a signed settlement agreement to finalize the dissolution of their marriage. The terms of the settlement were contained in a "confidential envelope" and returned to their attorneys. As a result, their public divorce trial scheduled for May 9 has been canceled."
