Here's a tip to beat the Labor Day crowds... go to Petco Park. Plus the San Diego Chicken will be making a cameo appearance that you won't want to miss.
If you can't make it to the park you're in for a treat because apparently Ted Leitner and Jerry Coleman will be calling a game together for the first time this season. Their broadcast will be simulcast on Fox as well. Hopefully Ted will ask Jerry what he did today. Let us know.
The Padres will eventually win again, today seems like as good a day as any to make that happen.

I'm telling you... it's in all of their heads.
They’re all so freaked out about what’s happening and it’s messing with their heads. Efren isn’t just letting instinct take over in the field. He’s overthinking it. Same thing with Ludwick at the plate. It’s gotta be a baffling thing when something you’re normally very good at just suddenly becomes nearly impossible.
If anything, I think these guys need to care a little less. They need to relax and just play their game.
