A reputable little birdie has told us that the "Hardest Working Bird in Show Business", the "Godfather of Feathers", The San Diego Chicken was seen sneaking into the ballpark today in preparation for a cameo appearance at Saturday's game.
Sh_t just got real, yo.
The last time the Chicken was in Petco Park was for the 2010 home opener when the Padres beat the Braves 17-2.
