How quick is the band-aid going to peel off though?
Barfield would be a pretty viable stop-gap, but what if he struggles? Does that erase a lot of the confidence he gained so far in Portland? Or does that not matter? Just curious

Temporary OT for the rubber match between our Padres and the Braves 7/22
Good morning, friends. Last night we were able to even up the series because we are AWESOME. So today is the day we stick it to that Jon Morosi douche and win the series! Again, because we are AWESOME.
Make sure you all get a great breakfast in while watching this game (if you haven’t already had breakfast). It is the most important meal of the day. And as we are all well aware, nothing goes better with some Padres baseball than a good breakfast.
