Beyond the Boxscore's Week 9 Power Rankings have the Padres back at 4th overall, and best in the national league.
The most interesting tidbit, to me, was the park-adjusted offense numbers. The Padres are suffering quite a bit from Petco-induced effects--after park adjustments are made, the Padres have a better offense than Colorado, Arizona, and San Francisco, and are only slightly worse than Los Angeles.
