We're still out here in Peoria. Use this game thread for whatever you feel like as it relates to the games. There's like a 3 hour lag or something between games so jbox and I will try to figure out if we can get internet access somewhere.

I was dating this girl from Canada... after about a month I found out she didn't know what sport the Padres played, she thought "padre" was spelled p-o-d-r-a-y and she thought it was some kind of a fish. Dealbreaker.

Just caught up on the DVR
This outing by Latos was absolutely amazing. That looked like a veteran out there. He wasn’t throwing his arm off like last year, he was pitching instead of throwing, his stuff was out of this world and he looked ansolutely unfazed by anything, like another day at the office.
It’s just one outing, but damn, it looks like he has nothing to learn from AAA.

I'm actually loving it.
I know State got screwed on their seed…but this has been a fun, crazy tourney.
96 is idiotic.
State played with the best in the country
and lost on a great shot with 12 seconds left even though we were beat up and tired and didn’t play our best. Next year we are getting two true PGs which was what this team lacked. I’m disappointed especially since we could have whipped Ohio too, but I like the direction that the team is headed.

The tournament isn’t about making it once and getting what you want. You’ve got to have some patience. Sometimes you run into the wrong team or get a bad call. I’ve been there. The tournament losses to Wisconsin, Texas, Florida and Connecticut were heatbreakers. And to come off that and lose your best player before the tournament… cry more noob.

Time Warner Cable is killing me. All day the menu has said this game would be on Fox Sports Net but all they are showing is boxing.
