Unlikely
The Dodgers draw enough and have a good enough television deal to support their team without extra money from the McCourts. However, many teams when they know they close to a championship caliber team will put a little extra money in to make the team better with the idea that they’ll make it back with the increased revenues a winning season bring. The Dodgers would not be able to do that. But, that just means the payroll has to stay around $100M or so.
The National League West title was all but a lock,
Then they lost 10 in a row, ‘twas like a punch in the jock!
Bolts from the Blue - General Manager: It is what it isn't
Most of the McCourts money is tied up in the club
As with the Moores – if Frank is forced to pay Jamie for her half,
he’ll have to pull cash from somewhere.
On top of that, Frank McCourt has racked up huge debt on the Dodgers. I’d be shocked if he is able to hold onto the team.
I drink therefore I am.

If he has to pay her, he will sell the team.
I would prefer a perpetual state of disaster. Hopefully this tug of war will go on for years.
