Without missing a beat, Gonzalez smiled, accepted the congratulations -- and then congratulated Ellsbury.
"And my place is going to be open, so if you need a place to stay in San Diego, let me know,"

If anyone can out-stoic the Stoic
it’d be Jacoby Ellsbury. The kid has the emotional range of a Barcalounger and is about as talkative as one, too. Remember the 2007 WS Taco Bell whoring episode? Royce Clayton was mic’ed up and trying to get him into a discussion and all he got was “Mmmmm.” “No.” “Huh.” etc. Cracked me up.
