Goldstein quotes one front-office official hailing rookie Mat Latos as a potential ace if his change-up develops more. “Seeing him in person was one of those ‘holy [crap]’ moments,” the official said.

I think Balsley can help him with the change. Stand by for fecal worship!

the Onley article

was pretty good, Seems like they are high on Latos, Richards and Podera, and at the end they stated that they have the personnel to contend next year, but will need to be lucky in the health department.

"Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!"

Blue Angels

Didn’t Kouz do that last year? Doesn’t someone do that every year? I wonder what took KT so long.

You could section off a part of Petco with barbed wire and rabid pit bulls and then they take the tunnel train back to Tijuana…

"Get on board early," Black said, alluding to, what he feels, is a crop of up-and-coming players.

"I would tell those fans that we're going to play good baseball. We're going to play hard. We're going to have exciting young players..." -Bud Black

That Anthony interview with Mud was classic.

I love hearing the kid speak; he sounds just like his pops. Also, the footage of him as a kid at the Murph was spectac.

Kouz's interview made me really upset...

WHY HAVEN’T WE SEEN A SINGLE PICTURE OF OUR ROOKIE HAZING?!

I’d really like to see Will Venable sporting knee high boots. Is that too much to ask?
