Kevin Kouzmanoff, Gold Glove candidate? The number of errors and fielding percentage the Padres' third baseman has in 2009 certainly show that he should be, at the very least, in the discussion for the holy grail of awards for fielders.

    I always liked his glove

I don’t know why he was rated as a poor-fielding 3B when we drafted him.

    Headley

Does that quote from Chase rub anyone else the wrong way? Do Adrian’s teammates think he gets too much credit?

    At first, a little

but when you think about, if nobody else on the team is hitting, Adrian gets walked all the time. Makes sense.

I'm on the fence in regards to Headley anyways

so a comment like that does make me think a little less of him.

"Get on board early," Black said, alluding to, what he feels, is a crop of up-and-coming players.

    Yup

That’s where I was coming from. I mean, I have no opinion on his personality, but I haven’t been overly-impressed by anything he’s done. He’s no Sean Burroughs….
