Pros: Silva is gone. Hooray! Stansberry plays multiple positions, is having a good year at the plate, is left handed (as opposed to EGon’s right handedness and LRod’s switch-hitteredness), and is not a bad defender.

Cons: Nobody on gaslampball likes Stansberry.

Memo to baseball managers: You manufacture runs by NOT making outs, not by making them on purpose.

I'm having trouble

even remembering with one Stansberry is, that’s why I hate him.

Last time I checked

Weren’t people around here calling him Stansberror? I saw him in NYC last year and he definitely lived up to the name. Hopefully he does better this year.

The one good thing about Craig Stansberry is

his name isn’t Joe Thatcher.

Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? ◔ヮ◔

Silvia

such a nice story.

would have

been a nice story…
but it wasn’t.

Pretty much the season as a whole.

Brilliant...

Even the kid from Easter Island can do one sit-up.

agreed

DODGERS, RED SOX, YANKEES, BRONCOS, PATRIOTS and RAIDERS all suck. Especially the Dodgers.

Stansberry has been apparently tearing up AAA and playing all over the place. So he’d be kinda like Edgar – can never have enough people to play everywhere

Inman gave up 2 ER in 6 IP today

But he’s been getting lit up otherwise. Lawrence will probably be the guy, which makes me a little light-headed just thinking about.
