Also, Sean McAdam of the Boston Herald confirms that the Red Sox are more interested in Gonzalez than Victor Martinez.

are saying that they are really close to acquiring VMart and Buchholz is involved in that deal. Also they are moving Laroche since VMart will be playing first base mainly. I don’t see Adrian or Bell going anywhere.

yeah wouldn’t you be far more interested in Adrian than VMart? I think every report I’ve seen has said that the Sox are more interested in Adrian. It doesn’t mean that he’s going to be on their team though.
