Peavy still holding out hope for trade to Cubs

Tom Krasovic Chat:

Tom Krasovic:  Based on Axelrod's comments that we published this morning, seems like Peavy still prefers to stay in the NL and is holding out hope that the Cubs and SDP can work it out. That's not my opinion, just going on where my reporting took me late last night and this morning. But it's questionable that the Cubs can offer as much as the White Sox in  terms of young pitching.

The cubs won't work

They don’t have the prospects to make this damn this work. So basically live with it

Say do you think Jake is aware that his 'new team' are losing 20-0

to the Crew through six?

Does this help us?

Been listening to the game

One of the players mentioned for Peavy pitched after Colon gave up 7 in two.

Not really its just 1 game

but the white sox are a junk team. Can’t imagine him wanting to go there if he wants a shot at a world series like hes always said.

Stay here, Jake!

I know they are kicking out the door, but Chicago? Come on, dude, you do not want to pitch there. You know that you’re ERA will skyrocket. Stay in the West. Stay with the Pads. When you go, so does 1/3rd of this team’s wins.
