Jon and I will be in attendance at the Padres game this evening. Dex will be at a concert. That means Winfield's Ghost is in charge. Show him the proper respect.
I've been getting a lot of emails recently from readers saying how we used to be hilarious. Ah, those were the days. Maybe we're the Kevin Kouzmanoff of Padres Blogs, we used to be kinda good, didn't seem to fit in and funny looking. Now we just haven't had a hit in awhile, but part of you still hopes that we could run into a pitch and hit it over the fence.
If someone wants to buy me a 5 for $5 meal, let me know. Holla!

it really isnt that many...
less than 3 times a season for 12 seasons.
BUT, what I do remember is that whenever he did get tossed, he usually got his money’s worth. That’s one big head I wouldn’t want screaming at me.

I like this idea
but why not take it even farther? Since he’s notorious for his love of cookies, they should come up with a cookie that has chunks of a Heath bar in it in lieu of chocolate chips. I think this might be my greatest idea ever (and I never woulda had it if you hadn’t planted the seed) and I implore everybody to join me in e-mailing the hell hell out of them with this.
