Lowered expectations
Did anyone catch the end of the game on the MLB Network? They had a Dodger feed and after the double play Scully said something like “What a bitter and disappointing end to the series….” just before they faded out. Both teams are 2-2 but Dodger fans are bitter and disappointed, we’re ecstatic. If we keep our expectations low we might just enjoy this season after all.
