US v. Japan in the semifinal

Who’s watching?

I was there

It was sad.

Roberts and Dunn couldn’t field. Jeter should throw the ball to the first basemen. Hanrahan sucks.

I’d love to say that Jake should have pitched, but given how well the lefties did against Japan, it probably should have been Lilly (or you know, one of the many effing lefties that declined to play; I’m looking at you Sabathia, Hamels, Lester and Lee). And Dunn shouldn’t ever, ever, ever play RF again. Ever.

1-10-DEN 18 (9:52) (Shotgun) 6-J.Cutler pass short right intended for 19-E.Royal INTERCEPTED by 93-L.Castillo (95-S.Phillips) at DEN 18. 93-L.Castillo to DEN 14 for 4 yards (62-C.Wiegmann). 6-J.Cutler pouts ob to DEN 25 for 11 yards.

Dunn didn't just have a poor

game, but a poor wbc. Balls were going over his head and through his glove the whole series long.
At one point in last nights game he came to the plate with 2 on and 2 out (I think we were still 4 runs back). I was working; when I looked up at the tv, he had a 3-1 count… I turned to a customer caught up in it and I said “He’s gonna foul one off, then strike out swinging!” …and whaddaya know.

Who’s he playing for this year?

If we advance to the final.
