Giles seeking evidence on miscarriage
Giles' attorneys are trying to dig up dirt on his ex-fiance by seeking at least 30 supoenas from local medical related businesses. Giles is trying to suggest that medications and alcohol caused the miscarriage of the couples embryo.
Olvera, the ex-fiance, is trying to protect her case by only letting medical records from abuse treatment to be used.
“They're trying to portray her as a gold digger and a lush,” said Cary Goldstein, Olvera's attorney. “Even if she were, which she is not, it would not justify his conduct.”
Giles went from such a quriky likeable home town guy to someone I'm not sure I can cheer for anymore.
