Unfinished Business: Padres Sign Correia
But now the Padres have a little work to do: sign Bell, Adams, and Kouzmanoff to contracts for next year +. These guys have just been huge for the Padres in the last few years, and it would be a crying shame to lose any of them.

New Rumor
Coco Crisp would like to come to San Diego and play on a one year deal
http://twitter.com/mlbtraderumors/status/6735243513
Wouldn't be bad to have if
we trade Kouz and/or Adrian and need OF’s. Otherwise we have Chase/Venable/Blanks/Gwynn… adding Crisp makes for a crowded OF.

Actually
I was thinking Crisp was left handed. But, actually he’s a switch hitter who hits lefties better. So he’s a good platoon partner for TGJr. So it turns out they probably do have the appropriate faith in him.

Having not listened to the interview just yet
my guess is neither Jed Hoyer or Jeff Moorad forced him out. Anybody who’s read Moneyball knows there was some animosity between Depo & Grady from the Oakland A’s days.
There's a lame joke somewhere
Maybe: FCC forcing cox to give up exclusive rights. Many women become bisexual.

HOLD ON FOR A SECOND
I think I know why Kouz sucks in the first half of the season…because his back is all F’ed up from off-road racing.
Seriously! Do you know how much of a toll that takes on ones body? Talk to a chiropractor and they will tell you how much the LOVE the desert season.
