The winter meetings are done, not much happened, but USA Today's Bob Nightengale still firmly expects to see Kouz and Bell traded before long. Coming in far short of Jeff Moorad's projections, NIghtengale thinks the Padres will have a "25-to-30 million dollar payroll" in 2010.
