Is this a Lake Elsinore Storm logo?
If you compare this to the regular Storm logo, it's exactly the same, except this one seems cockeyed -- like it's sneering instead of staring.
I found this today on an NSFW website. I don't want to get in trouble by posting a link. But I can give hints to get to this if anyone's interested.

I just answered my own question. It’s an old logo for the “No Fear” company… not the Storm.
The website is called “Guess her….” and then a word that rhymes with “rough”.
It’s got pictures of fully clothed ladies. Then you’re supposed to guess how she does her landscaping and click a link for the answer.
