The Padres have reached terms with outfielder Scott Hairston for $1.25 million. Hairston, who was eligible for salary arbitration, batted .248 with 17 home runs in 326 at-bats last season.

Thats got to be a slight overpay
no?
He only made $400,000 last year, and hit .248.in 326 AB’s. No arbitrator would have tripled his pay. How odd.
