Mark Neely Close to Being Ch. 4's new play-by-play man
Neely has been the radio and TV voice for the Double-A Tulsa Drillers for the past 13 seasons. He also worked for ESPN before joining the Big Ten Network in August 2007.

Whatever happened to Victor Rojas?
He seemed like a great candidate, and I’d much rather have him than some minor league guy.
Then again, minor league guys seems to be a theme this offseason…
